Welcome to Social Studies & Science with Ms. Boop!
Welcome to what is going to be an incredible year! You can use this website as a tool to contact me or to connect with our classroom!
Feel free to contact me whenever you need to about any questions, concerns, comments, or anything else you may have! Allow me 24-48 hours to get back to you with a response. The most efficient way to contact me is through my Wake County e-mail. My goal is to help bridge the gap between home and school. My email is [email protected].
Some of my goals for our students this year are:
-To have high expectations for ALL students
-To help students feel empowered
-Allow students opportunities to become self-advocates
-Help students develop personal responsibility
-Work on literacy skills, critical thinking skills and 21st century skills
-Continually work on communication and collaboration through cooperative learning
-Allow the middle school students to become leaders by modeling and mentoring the younger grades
-Integrating real-life application into the classroom
-Differentiate to allow all students opportunities to thrive
